Please read the terms of use agreement carefully. By using the website and availing of the services mentioned on the website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions mentioned herein.

Tiecon Leasing and Investments Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ‘TL&I’) is the owner of the website and the business of running the conference center known as ‘The Annexe’.

These terms and conditions constitute an agreement (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Agreement’) between TL&I and any visitor (hereinafter referred to as ‘you’ or ‘user’) to the website (www.theannexe.in) or any person or organization availing the services of the conference center known as The Annexe. The Privacy Policy published on the website is also to be read as a part of these Terms and Conditions and governs the use of this website (www.theannexe.in) (hereinafter referred to as ‘the website’), and all bookings made by the User from this website or offline. The services and information offered on this website are available to you conditionally on your acceptance, without modification, of the terms enumerated in these terms of use agreement. If you disagree with any of the terms and conditions enumerated in these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the website or avail of any of the services provided herein.

TL&I reserves the right to change or revise these terms of use agreement on this website. The changed/revised agreement shall be effective immediately after being posted on the website. Your use of the website or any bookings made online or offline after such revision or changes shall imply your acceptance to the changed/revised agreement.
 

WEBSITE

This website offers information and marketing materials provided directly by us. The website also allows you to contact us either via telephone or email.

The content provided by us on the website is the exclusive property of TL&I and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws as applicable in India. You, hereby acknowledge the content to be the intellectual property of TL&I and are restrained from copying, changing or altering the same.

You are hereby licensed to view the pages on a web browser. However, the license extends to your personal or official use of the website alone. Unless permitted expressly you may not republish, reproduce or redistribute the contents and services provided in the website or show or exploit the material provided in the website in public.
 

BOOKING AND PAYMENTS

The bookings made for the Annexe are offered on ‘as is where is’ basis. No modification or concessions can be made to the bookings without the express consent of TL&I. Furthermore, TL&I gives no guarantees or warranties for the reliability, suitability or punctuality of the services provided under the bookings made for The Annexe. The same are subjected to adjustments and modification depending on circumstances, including but not limited to, Acts of God, Road Blockages, electric failure, accidents and other circumstances beyond the control of TL&I. Any extra cost that may arise due to the abovementioned circumstances shall be borne by the User alone.

It is the duty of the User to verify and confirm that the contents of the website and the prices provided on the website meet the specific requirements of the User. 

The bookings made by the User shall be confirmed only after the payment of the complete cost of the booking.

The total booking amount due and payable for the use of The Annexe shall be made in full by the User prior to the commencement of the use of The Annexe by the User. If any additional services are booked by the User prior to the commencement of the use of The Annexe, then the total price of such additional services, irrespective of whether such additional services are availed of by the User or not, shall be due and payable prior to the commencement of the use of The Annexe as booked. In the event of the use of any additional services by the User during the use of The Annexe, the charges for such additional services shall be paid immediately upon the end of that session. In the event that the User fails to make payment for the use of The Annexe or for any additional services booked and/or availed of during the session, the User shall be liable to pay a penalty calculated at 18% per annum of the total unpaid amount.

 

CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION

If the User wishes to cancel or modify any booking due to any reason whatsoever, the same shall be only valid if TL&I is notified of the cancellation or modification in writing via email, at least 48 hours before the commencement of the booking. Any refund due to the User by TL&I shall be subject to cancellation charges/ modification charges, if any.

Cancellation request received on Sundays and public holidays shall be processed only on the next official working day.
 

REFUNDS

The following refund shall be payable to the User in case of valid cancellation of a booking:

If the cancellation request is received before 48 hours from the commencement of the booking, the whole amount paid for the booking will be refunded.

In cases where the cancellation request is not received before 48 hours from the commencement of the booking TL&I shall not be liable to pay any refund.

The abovementioned refunds are subjected to deductions for any expenses that may have been incurred for the booking, by TL&I.

Furthermore, no refund shall be payable by TL&I for any of the service or facility provided by TL&I in the conference center, but not availed by the User.
 

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER

It is the duty of the User to verify the dates of the bookings made for the Annexe.

During the bookings, Users are required to behave in a socially acceptable manner. The User shall refrain of acting in any manner which may be socially or morally unacceptable and which may cause annoyance or discomfort for the other Users. TL&I reserves its right to terminate the booking, without refund, in case of any act committed in the manner aforesaid mentioned.
 

CCTV RECORDING

TL&I reserves its right to record the footage for security purposes only of any ongoing booking. TL&I shall however maintain the same only for security reasons and the same will not be made available to or shared with any third party under any circumstances whatsoever save and except any police or judicial authorities if and when required to do so.    
 

DISCLAIMER AND WARRANTIES

TL&I takes utmost care that the content and the services provided on the website and at The Annexe are of the highest standard, however some inaccuracies or deficiencies in the content and the services provided at The Annexe may occur. The information provided and the services at The Annexe shall be availed of by the User at his own risk. TL&I herein disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, on the accuracy, veracity, quality and suitability of the information provided and the services offered and provided at The Annexe. You hereby acknowledge that the information and services provided on this website and at The Annexe may contain inaccuracies, deficiencies and errors.
 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The extent of liability, and the extent of remedy, with respect to the contents of the website and the services provided at The Annexe, or any breach of agreement shall be limited to the extent of the amount paid by the User for the information or service provided. 

TL&I shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or incidentally from the use of the website, its contents or the services provided at The Annexe or any loss suffered by the User in payments made for the booking or use of The Annexe.
 

INDEMNITY

You hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless TL&I and any of its directors, partners, officers, shareholders servants and agents from all liability, claims, damages cost and expenses, arising from breach of any obligations or warranties provided under this agreement, or from the use of the information, services and conference center services provided and advertised on the website.
